1. Preface
With the development and application of metal products, it is closely related to human production and life. Therefore, more and more stringent testing standards and requirements are put forward for products and raw materials. Traditional chemical analysis methods can not meet the requirements of daily analysis and testing. ICP-AES inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer is widely used in the determination of elements in metal industry because of its low detection limit, fast testing speed, high resolution and high accuracy.

2. Product introduction
ICP6800 inductively coupled plasma single channel scanning emission spectrometer has excellent resolution, accuracy and precision. It is widely used in rare earth industry, petrochemical industry, ore analysis, metal smelting, geological research, drug safety, experimental research, environmental detection, food safety and other industries. Especially for the determination of element content in hardware industry, icp6800 has many successful cases. Table 1 shows the main technical parameters of icp6800.

3、 Evaluation of measurable elements in samples
According to the customer's samples and relevant information, through consulting the relevant data and standards, it is evaluated that the customer's samples can be accurately tested by the analyzer. The details are shown in Table 2

Weigh about 0.2-0.5g sample, add a certain amount of nitric acid, heat at low temperature, after the solution is clear, remove and cool to room temperature, transfer it into a 100ml volumetric flask, dilute it to the scale with water, and mix well. |
In order to determine the content of silicon accurately, blank and parallel sample experiments are needed. |
